THE USB DISK IS CORRECTLY DETECTED BY THE PC, BUT IT IS NOT DISPLAYED IN MY COMPUTER. HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?

This is probably because your USB disk and another drive (e.g. web drive) use the same drive letter. To solve the problem, follow the instructions below to change the drive letter of your USB disk.
Please follow:
  1. Right click[Management]
  2. Select [Disk management]
  3. Right-click the USB disk and select the Change Drive Letter and Path option from the function menu.
